According to the AKC Breed Popularity, they rank # 72.  They are “Greyhounds” but on a mini scale and are great lap dogs. Their coats require very little grooming and are odorless they shed very little these breeds are sensitive but love their human companions, especially children. Italian Greyhound Dogs are Purebred, allergic and according to Google searches their Intelligence level is (ranked 60).
